Hotel rooms in pictures are not even close to how they really look. We stayed 2 weeks.. Got clean towels once. They are always out of supplies such as toilet paper..towels..sheets an pillows. Could not take a bath as the tub was peeling. Not much use of the poor as it was always closed. There are roaches an bed bugs. Gaps in the door. Unpleasent house keeping an staff. Multiple kids left unattended to run around screaming an using pool when it is open with out supervision. Do not waste the amount of money they want. Over 500 a week to sleep in the slums

The room was ok, it wasn’t the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in, but it really wasn’t clean. Shower curtain was covered in mold, sheet was to small for the bed.The kicker to this trip was that the housekeeping was extremely rude. They had signs up at check in saying there was no house keeping and to just exchange towels, which was fine with us except the house keeping wouldn’t give us any towels! Luckily I packed enough beach towels for us to make it through our stay.

Friendly staff, nice pool area for the kids, vending & ice machines, and laundry on site! Clean rooms, pet friendly, and no carpet like most hotels that hold hotel smells. Its across from a pond and grassy area, where we took the dogs to stretch thier legs while the kids fed the ducks greens. Theres lots of quick eats close as well as Walmart in walking distance. Overall a nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!!!

Positive: The bed was really comfortable. Negative: The room was scary to say the least. We were not sure if the lock would keep us safe, it looked broken. The trim was literally falling off the countertop and in the bathroom. There was candle wax all over the counter. The sink was missing a chunk.

Horrible. Bed stains, overwhelming urine smell, not coming from the bathroom. Floor Gross. Non closing bathroom door. Could not stay for health reasons. How are you allowed to be open? We got the heck out of there!

Made my reservation was never told that they had no hot water for the property, got there and there was s sign hanging n the lobby saying that there is not hot water in the building and that they could not give linens as they cannot wash the laundry because of the water situation, I told they women I needed a shower because I been driving all day she told me to take a cold shower, she would not discount the room because of the situation, I canceled the reservation as I was not paying over $100.00 a night for not hot water or clean linens. Plus this hotel has no ice machine.

Great staff , friendly, care about their customers. Pools kept clean , Angie , Jackie, and Cathleen are very great people and care for the guest . I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had an issue .

This place is disgusting, went to room no sheets on bed, floor full of dog hair and used soap was on tv stand. The lady at the front desk was very rude and could careless about the room. I wish I could leave pictures but I will be contacting the state about this place and sending the pictures. I wish I could leave no stars….RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. The negative reviews are very TRUE!!!!

Positive: Nothing the room was full of roach¿s and stunk bad. Had to leave couldn¿t stay. Negative: The room was nasty and full of roach¿s. I was not happy and had to leave the hotel and went home. Room stunk bad.

Negative: There were red roaches everywhere. I was in a handicapped room because I have MS which makes my walking unstable. I All the floors were very dirty and slippery. I could not walk on the bathroom floor. I was afraid to take a shower for fear of falling.

Great stay! Quick stay at motel 6 for the night and a great decision. Very comfortable beds, no noise throughout the night, and a great price for the weekend. Will be staying here again when I come back to town!

They have good room service, and the workers are very nice. I would pick this place out of all of them to stay at.

Positive: The motel 6 in Bradenton was a terrible motel the room was dirty the towel had stains on them there were dirty foot prints in the tub the bed sheets were stained and with cigarette holes in the curtains were filthy dusty with paint on them we were promise Negative: A microwave and refrigerator Im a diabetic I needed to keep my insulin in the refrigerator but the room didnt have one they said that they would have another room for us to stay in but they never moved us the outside was trashy and homeless people.

Rooms are nice bed are comfortable staff is very nice and helpful. They also do have security on the property at night so guest feel safe its nice to know that as a parent myself

Disgusting! Filthy! Roaches. Dumpster worthy mattresses. Tub looked nasty, full of hair and just filthy. Thin covers in non-smoking room covered with cigarette burns.

The rooms were half clean there was all his white flim all over the counter top floor was filthy not even swept not happy at all

This was probably the worst hotel ive ver stayed at ac in the room barely worked reem wast disgusting and in disrepair and the bathroom had black mold in several spots definitely not worth 250$ a night !!!!!!!!!

Maria at the front desk saved the day for us. Had some issues with booking and she was incredibly helpful while making us laugh after a rough night!

Im greatful that I was able to find a hotel on short notice on a major holiday, but I underatand why now. This place is not worth the price in my opinion. Staff was great, but rooms are trashed and not cleaned well. No mini fridge for left over delivery food. No microwave to heat up said left overs. Had to switch rooms as my first room the door wouldnt even latch and lock securely. This is a $50 a night hotel at best...

The staff was amazing and they got things that i needed... joe and angie are great and the other staff... marjorie on over night emily during the night until 11pm and maria when she works are all great... they are very helpful

Never any linens, which one must pick up daily, when you ask about the shortage itseither people steal or I dont do the laundry Ever heard of customer service? All I can say is if you go there ,,bring your own towels!

Please call the location before hand to make sure they have rooms available and don’t make a reservation! You get a better price in person than online! The rooms are pretty small. They do get a little bit of humidity if the AC is off. The rooms were a bit dirty, also during my stay there were some sketchy things going on, perhaps drugs going around since cars would meet up at night in the same area.

A place to lay your head at best. Super bleachy smelling. Towels were nasty. Floor felt greasy to the feet. The chair in the room looked as if ot has genetic material on it with hair. Not 100% sure. Will not stay here again.

The worst i have been in the manager was rude and the nite clerk i went to tell them i was going to extend my stay for 1 more weak and they tell me no i need to live my room is rented you dont deal like that with customers in the room until you give them e first priority so you are doing something wrong

Enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. Great cable TV with Showtime. Close to many great restaurants. My only complaint was that I wish the room was a little cleaner...especially the floor. Other then that it was great. Friendly service.

I had the best experience at Motel6. Usually not a statement I make.There were some issues, but the gal at the front made sure they were fixed and promptly.My room was supposed to have a fridge and I didnt realise it until the next day.No problem, they gave me a key to another room and I moved my stuff over.My stay was Wednesday to Saturday.The crew of cleaning ladies deserve a shout out. They certainly do a great job. You can smell the bleach coming down the hall. The maids or office will Hand you extra towels apond request. All so very friendly here.This is about the only PET FRIENDLY motel in this area around Bradenton. Also being at the 75 junction of highway, makes it very convenient.The pool is kept beautifully clean.They have a monthly rate and a walk in special, as well as by the night.I was out of my home, while it was being tented and Motel6Made my stay bearable.They certainly do, leave the lights on, as their commercial suggest.I would stay again.

I’m currently staying here and it’s not for the weak of heart. It’s basically an apartment complex tabs yes the prices by the month are fair. However, they allow pets and you have to listen to unattended and attended dogs barking constantly! When you don’t own a pet you don’t want to pay to listen to someone else’s dog. There is no respect from other “tenants” in this motel 🏨, pool parties are on going and if your room is by the pool your screwed. Constant music thru the walls. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to stay but it’s not for the weak of heart. Room was clean, no amenities, loud and barking dogs galore fair priced. Great 👍 place if you drink or are in your 20’s looking for a place to socialize and party. Lol.

I was placed in a smoking room, Im a non smoker. The entire room smelled bad, the bedding was bad, and the bathroom was dirty. I stripped the entire bed, went to the front desk asked for cleaned bed linen. I clean the room myself to make it suitable for me.I been here for a couple of months, I cant complain, the service is excellent

I am currently staying in a room here and I killed three bugs. The pillows were stained, the sheets were stained, the “comforter“ was stained as well, the bathroom was incredibly dirty, the towels smelled disgusting, and one of our pillows smells like tobacco. I think my sister has a rash, and my eye is irritated. We paid $340 for only two nights here. I forgot to mention that there are cobwebs in every corner of the room. My room at least did not look like the ones on the website, and we did not get a refrigerator or microwave.

Guy at the front desk was super helpfulHowever for one night at 156 dollars it was extremely bad room was not clean No hot water at all and theres a blood stain on the bed and sticky brown stuff every where even in the bathtub

This hotel is awful!I would never ever stay there. we entered our room and you could smell directly the mold in the walls. Never ever!We had so much good experience with motel 6 across the Country, but this one is really more than terrible.Room looks also dirty, just awful!I would give them - 5 stars

5 minutes in parking lot was approached and asked if I knew where he could buy crack. Walking dog at 3:00 am people were walking around appeared to be zombies? Floors in room dirty & sticky. Then shower had a hole in base leaked on floor. Plus baby roaches.outside at night it looks like New Jack City... No joke!

Went there last night for I had a reservation but the staff member that was working wasnt able to find it but he was very helpful and was able to help me out on getting me a room. The room was clean and it was quiet and peaceful and it helped that there was a wafflehouse right down the street. Lol. I also really like that it is pet friendly for I never go anywhere with out my fur babies. I recommend if you are looking for a motel that has reasonable rates I seriously recommend you come by this motel compared to anywhere.

Reception staff were great, friendly and helpful.We thought the shower was nice and powerful. Loved the coffee in reception. Location brilliant.Whilst packing to leave we dropped something and when we bent to retrieve it we saw the state of under the bed and were shocked to see it hadnt been cleaned in quite a while. Towel rail fell off in bathroom as the rail was poorly fitted.Since our stay with Motel 6 we have stayed with Quality inns and for a similar cost we got more for our money, carpeted larger room, fridge, microwave, iron and board.

Bring your own pillows, dont plan on hot water for a shower and be sure the door will lock, our first room did not. Tom Bodett needs to check on this property, because it is not EVEN up to Motel 6 standards.

My husband and I stayed here on 11/20/20, and it was absolutely disgusting. We would have rather slept in our car.. there was poop stains on the bottom side of the toilet seat, the floors were so dirty our socks were black after walking around, the furniture was basically falling apart..there was a lizard in our room. Overall it just felt so dirty, so much so that we bought a new sheet to put on the bed just to feel comfortable enough to lay down. Wouldnt recommend, and well never stay here again 🤢👎👎👎🤮

One of the dirtiest motels Ive ever encountered. Ive stayed in many Motel 6s across the country, and appreciate the price point of Motel 6. Ive generally had great experiences, once you adjust expectations for the price point, but a clean room is a basic expectation at any price, and this place completely failed to deliver on that basic expectation. Had we not arrived late in the evening and needed to get up early in the morning the next day, I would have refused to stay there and gone elsewhere. I hope this is an issue with this location, and not an indication of where the chain is headed.

Because of our large dogs, I usually have no problem staying at a motel or studio 6 BUT Im not sure I will ever again after this last time. Our room was definitely only half cleaned, really disgusting and unnecessary!!!

I travel a lot for work and if given the choice would not have stayed here of my own accord. Unfortunately my employer picks out the hotels that my husband and I stay at while we are in town for however long we are there. Rooms arent bad at first sight. To many co*ckroaches to count scurrying all over the room. Walked in and it smelled of mold so badly that I had to burn incense and spray some sort of deodorant just to try to mask the smell. No breakfast just cheap greasy coffee that gives you heartburn to wake you up. Certain hours of the day you cant flush the toilet. The shower drains so slowly that anything you washed off is stuck to the tub and needs to be cleaned more often than normal. They will have you escorted off the property by the sheriff if anyone complains about noise, even if you arent being loud they remove the whole floor with no refund, if they cant find the culprit. The housekeeping staff is nice but front desk staff is the complete opposite. If you are planning on staying for an extended amount of time housekeeping will not come to your room except every 3 days and only to take trash and maybe fresh towels. Im only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the friendliness of the housekeepers. Save your money and go somewhere else. They double booked our room knowing we were to stay for 2 weeks and 3 days into our stay we are now packing up to move to a different hotel and the rest of our group is staying here. I hope the next one is better.

Most definitely a great place to stay! Their staff is very welcoming especially Nelly! Checked me in professionally! She made sure anything and everything I needed for myself and the room was taken care of! Shes amazing ! Thanks Nelly and the staff over there for making me stay comfortably at Motel 6! Recommending my friends to come over to stay when we have our next concert in Florida!

First let me say the staff is AMAZING!! Never had a problem with any of them, but I must admit Angela, Candi and Crystal stole my heart. While the rooms are on the small side they make you feel like you are at home. When we ran into a payment issue Candi did everything she could including reducing our rate for the week. After 3 weeks there we feel as if they ARE our extended family. The rooms are clean, the grounds already look beautiful but Candi plans on doing so much more. I was extremely happy to stay on this property. We found a number of lifelong friends. I want to thank each and every staff member for all they did for us. We will miss you and I still plan on apply to work for this amazing company, even the regional director was sweet.

I would not recommend this hotel. -Rude Staff! -no towels during the entire stay -bed sheets were dirty (Stains and hairs) from our check in -leak under the bathroom sink -water stayed inside shower tub and wouldnt drain, unacceptable! All that to add to the rate per night!. 2 nights was $300+ which is outrageous!!!

The room was clean and wi-fi was accessible. The pool is great for the kids!!

As far as service it was okay. The room was clean and presentable. However we do have one issue and it is of a safety concern. My wife slipped in the tub while getting in for a shower in the morning. When I went in to aid her I realized the anti slip strips or even a bath mat was present. I informed the front desk at check out. I recommend that you follow up on this safety issue with this establishment and possibly others.

After several Extended Stays I have seen a very friendly and hardworking staff. They work hard to keep the rooms clean and the grounds picked up. Always friendly and asked if we need anything. Fresh coffee every morning in the lobby and its even good coffee. I have even seen them get rid of some bad element when they needed too. Our dogs are accepted and treated like one of the family.

What I got was comparable to the value. Room was cleaned daily, bed was made but always seemed to get a different number of towels. Would have liked a refrigerator and microwave due to length of stay, not having coffee maker didnt matter. The door to my room didnt fully seal, could see daylight across the bottom and partially up the side. For me, I liked the walk in shower but with the bench it made it difficult to shower without having to contort. Parking lot lighting was adequate but seemed dim. And it seemed to me there was always a...non-guest...floating around, especially in the rear parking areas. Nothing was tampered with but it would give the impression that security is lacking. Customer service was good (only had three interactions) Had to room key re-coded twice. Didnt visit the pool, but it looked clean. Personally speaking, if travelling alone I would stay here again, but not if with my family.

Loved our stay close to the beach, restaurants near by, pool was very relaxing

Ms. Esther was very helpful when it came to getting my room booked. Her customer service skills where had very good. She keeps a smile on her face when shes communicating with her customers. Had no problems getting my room booked the prices are very affordable. Thank you so much for the good customer service Ms. Esther.

I can not complain staff is okay and rooms are okay more towels in room would be nice but over all would recommend besides all the undercover police sitting in the parking lot like nobody notices 😂😂 it’s great

Great friendly staff. Great value for a large room. Manager Krystal is always available in the office or on the premises to make sure the guests have all their needs. The room floor could use a mopping. That’s the only thing to keep it from 5 stars I would come back again and hope the floors are cleaner.

I reserved a room for 4 nights then I read the reviews. They really scared me. My stay there was great, yes the room was small. Especially for 4 people, yes there is NO refrigerator, No microwave & the beds werent​ the best. We made do. Many things in walking distance, 15 min drive to the beaches. The staff was very nice & house keeping cleaned are rooms everyday & did great for what they have to work with. It was the best budget price for me! Your get what you pay for I suppose. No regrets!

I have stayed here numerous times and I must say every single time I check in and Shannon is at the front desk it’s always a pleasant experience! She is professional, great at multi-tasking and problem solving anytime I run into issues! The other staff I have dealt with are awesome as well and extremely helpful! Housekeeping was great! My room was spotless upon arrival and everytime I cane back from work I had a freshly made bed with new sheets and towels! Thanks again motel 6!

Fantastic stay! I’m impressed. After a long trip, and higher stay rates in the surrounding area, I was pleasantly surprised by the value! Staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our room was clean, fully stocked, and didn’t even have that nasty stale smoke smell that most of the cheaper motels do. The AC got ice cold and wasn’t even a bit loud. I highly recommend an overnight or a few at this location! It’s a diamond in the rough for the penny-pinchers at heart! Thanks again!!!

The lady named Maria who was working the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. She threatened to call the police on me when I went to the office to find out why I was charged twice for my room. The staff when I checked out the next day were completely the opposite.

Room smelled damp. Night front desk lady was lovely. Morning was horrible. Was told the night before we could switch due to no cable or Wi-Fi ....in the morning the room wasnt ready we were told to come back. When we came back.. .the attendant was going to switch the manager came out snatched the board from her snd told her we arent doing that. Told me well we are at the end we wont get it especially on a busy night. I was given my old room key back and sent on my way. Moments before we arrived at the hotel my boyfriend and I got engaged. The moment was put on hold with such negative energy and a horrible experience from motel 6!!! Never would go back.

I was exhausted and found my motel room to be very accommodating, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was accommodating in providing me with the necessary equipment and cleansers then allowing me to clean and sanitize the bathroom to my exacting specifications. I am quite pleased because most motels refuse to provide me with the items and do not clean the toilet and tub to my liking so I have to purchase items nearby and clean the bathroom myself before I can use the facilities.The only things that could have made my stay more pleasant is if the vending machines had not been out of order, the telephone in the room had a cord connected and if the gal that worked nights had been more knowledgeable and helpful. I suspect she had insufficient training before she was placed on duty unsupervised.Otherwise, Im very pleased with the room and services that I received during my stay.

The night security and the night clerk were rude and intrucive and we had 5 rooms there and they were just stalking us and telling us our sons couldnt be on the property and just assuming even though we had them all on our stuff and they just assumed they were adults .. sorry not every one is short like me . They also told me my pregnant daughter could not be there assuming she was an adult instead of asking just told us she had to leave .we needed more towels we were thereforbtwo days .the night clerk had a fit mubbling under her breath and then told us I only have 3 ! Seriously? So if you have a big family have fun at this place !

Room was clean, tub couldve been cleaner. Friendly staff, convenient location. First few nights at some point there was somebody yelling in the parking lot and dogs barking. The last few nights of my stay were quiet. A/C was nice and cold, yet the door and frame has poor insulation and you could see light through it at the bottom. While that isnt very efficient, it didnt negatively impact my stay. Overall I think I would return as a guest, and if a few tweaks were made Id say itd be up at least another half star in the hotel rating.

Love most of the staff. Very respectful, helpful and sweet. The GM however thinks it’s okay to have customers spend the amount of money they do and tell them what they can and can not do. You cant drink an alcoholic beverage outside your room. They are non-smoking rooms but you can’t leave the ashtray outside. So then the room smells like smoke and then you get in trouble because the GM blames you for smoking in the room. Other customers that are staying, are smoking weed and when the GM makes her rounds, she smells it and however is outside she accuses them and they aren’t even the ones smoking it! Another big thing is if you are outside talking to your friends or family that may be staying with you in another room or being nice and talking to your neighbors, you get told it’s not aloud and you have to go back into your room. It’s always the same stuck up GM that accuses and is disrespectful! Funniest thing though, COOPERATE SAYS EVERYTHING SHE KEEPS SAYING AND TELLING OTHERS IS NOT TRUE!

If you need a place to sleep for a few hours I guess it will work. Front staff was accommodating but interesting with the descriptions of the rooms. They basically said we didnt want to stay here. Due to various smells a d how they cleaned the rooms. We also were welcomed with the counties finest cops beating down the door 4 rooms down from our room. I had 2 of my kids with me and i was traveling without my husband. Not the best experience. The room was adequate but stated it was bob smoking and was clearly a smoking room with a ash tray in the room. I will spend the extra money next time.

I am beyond amazed at the friendly and kind and exceptionally clean service for the rate of this hotel. We came on vacation and all the staff were so sweet to my children and myself. Room service staff were kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.. one woman even went as far to surprise my son with special needs candy for his first able bodied halloween and it made his day even got to meet the manger who I can tell is why the hotel is in such great standing and why the staff are so happy. Exceeded my expectations and then some

Find another place! Had a paid for confirmed, non-refundable room though Hotels app. When we got there, the clerk would not accept the reservation. All she would say to us was we had to cancel the reservation made and then pay at the counter due to some system issue. I can understand issues that need to be worked out but the clerk clearly was not interested in helping, explaining, solutions.....just pay her or no room. To make it worse, to get my money back from Hotels.com app, they called the clerk, while I was in the lobby and asked her if she was willing to let them cancel without a penalty???? At least she agreed to that.....but why did she have to agree to a refund if they werent paid? Completely unacceptable for any company.

Only gave a 1 asar because zero was not an option. 1st room assigned had and overpowering smell of mold/mildew as soon as we opened the door. Had to keep my mask on while my husband went to ask for another room. 2nd room didnt smell quite so bad but toilet leaked and I would never have taken a shower there. Do not recommend ever, there are other motels in that area that probably wont have you finding used syringes on the ground next to your car.

Decided not to stay room smelled like pee and manager said was overbooked on check in so just gave up the $130+ wasnt worth the price at all. Super noisy after 10pm room smelled worse than a porta jon we bailed at 1030pm just to escape

This was not one of the best stays I’ve had. Once I checked in we used the restroom and the toilet overflowed. Maintenance came and fixed it in a timely manner, but after they left and we returned after fishing the day, out room wreaked like smoke and stayed that was all night. The elevator was broken and the staff was not the friendliness I’ve encountered. They also charge you $1.50 each for the hotel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion! I would not recommend this place for anyone.

This is one of the nicest Motel 6 that weve stayed in around the U.S. The ladies at the front desk for check-in (2/9 9:15pm) was most helpful. The floor could have been mopped better. I spilled some water and wiped it up and the tissue was black when I finished (yuk). Also, the toilet was not securely attached to the floor so it rocked and rolled :-). But, overall it was clean and very quite. Very impressed with the Manager on staff on Saturday (2/10).

Staff - very good; friendly; professional.Room - decent size, well enough appointed, floors - not carpets - a big plusCleanliness - in the past Ive had no issues; this time the bathroom had not been well cleaned before I checked in. During my stay housekeeping was excellent.Water pressure - was fine until 9:30 am the day I was checking out. Nearly complete loss of water pressure. I had to use a trash can (which I cleaned with bleach beforehand) to catch the trickle from the tub spout and basically take a sponge bath, then rinse by dumping the remaining water over me using a 32 oz cup. It took a good 15 min to get about 5 gallons of water. The sink was similarly waterless. I dont know if its a regular problem or a one-off.Pets - well setup pet areas and a nice sized open field with a pond across the street. My scent-hound loved trailing squirrels and rabbit trails and really loved the occasional rib-bone he snagged around Sonnys rib-house (which is on the far side of the field.) Every time we went for a walk hed drag me over to Sonnys first.Pets 2 - you can take your doggy 5 miles west down Rt 64 to the causeway to Anna Marie island. The causeway is state property well set up with shallow beaches on each side (on the bay), lots of shade trees and some picnic areas and a restroom (cleaned daily). THE BEST dog-friendly beach in SW Fla.Food - lots of fast food and better within walking distance.

Disgusting, insultingly unclean room. The bathroom had the motel 6 soap bar wrappers left on the floor when I came in and the used soap bars were still in the shower... There was substantial amounts of visible hair left on the sink faucet and on the floor. I have never seen a motel room so unclean. Obviously the cleaning practices here are extremely poor. This is beyond unsafe and irresponsible... even more so in these times of a viral pandemic. I was appalled by what I came in to. Trash on the floor and used soap bars...? Really? How do you even let that happen? I only needed a place to shower and change clothes but I was not even comfortable doing that. Save yourself and pay a few more dollars to go somewhere else... avoid this place for your own good.

Definitely recommend staying here ! The staff are great!! Plus I got the most amazing nights sleep in two years!! I suffer with two herniated discs in my spine and can never seem to get a good night sleep until I slept on this Motel 6s mattress. Kudos to the manager that bought these mattresses for this Motel 6, you have a sharp mind for business and know what it takes to pamper your guests! Anyone suffering from back problems please stay at this motel. You will be thankful you did!

First of all..... I needed a different hotel due to a problem at the place I was planning on staying and booked the room here last minute! And...made a mistake in my booking , however the manager at the desk was EXTREMELY helpful and got us straighten out! She was also nice enough to allow me to sit by the pool until my room was ready!!! And... My room?? CLEAN!!! BRIGHT!!! near the pool but still QUIET as can be,!!! Candi was on duty when I checked in! She is friendly, thoughtful and professional! Angela is one of the housekeepers I spoke to.EVERYONE here is AWESOME!!!! ILL BE BACK!!! great location too! Easy walk to stores.. restaurants!

I booked a ground floor room about three months ago for the month of February. I specifically requested a ground floor room because I am disabled. I did postpone my arrival date until the 4th of February. When I spoke to the male clerk at front desk to postpone, I confirmed I needed a ground level room because of my disability.When I arrived there was a dirty, dog-eared sign on front desk saying their elevator was broken. (It just didn’t break that day!). When I spoke to the ladies on the desk they assigned me to the third floor room I told them I was unable to do steps They were not very sensitive to my dilemma ( to the point of being rude and cavalier). I turned down the room because I knew I couldn’t make the trek up to the 3rd floor. I did ask if I would be charged for my room and the desk manager said they don’t charge credit cards until you check in. I rented a room for 1 night at the hotel next door. I checked my credit card and I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 1 NIGHT BECAUSE I WAS A “NO SHOW”. I did call to complain and the young lady on front desk told me she had to text her manager. I have not been reimbursed and am totally upset how this has been handled.

I paid in advance for two nights at this property, which is owned by the BLACKSTONE GROUP (market cap ~ one half trillion US Dollars). The room was not clean in the sense that the allergens were so potent that breathing during sleep was interrupted. Sleep the first night was not an option.The worst part about the stay was the LOUD, DRUG USING (POT) people roaming the grounds and walkways of the motel throughout the night during both nights of my stay. Hospitable? No. I was in fear nearly the entire time I was on the property. Sleep on the first night was nil. 4 day stay in Sarasota-Bradenton area ruined. I very much appreciated the basket of hotel laundry parked outside my door on the second night...encountering pool of urine at that same spot the following morning was a sheer delight. The front desk clerk could not have cared less about my concerns. A corporate customer service agent asked me to call, but, when I did call, he noted that there was nothing corporate could do.Well, I can do something. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

Ive stayed here a number of times and it does appear that things have improved in recent months. Staff service is helpful, efficient, and cordial. Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. My request for a room in a quiet area was honored as best it could with a room at the end of a corridor. Much appreciated.

One of worst hotels Ive ever stayed in . The accommodations were horrible. There was no microwave , coffee maker and refrigerator and they were suppose to clean the room all they did was make the bed . No fresh towels . Surpose to be a queen size bed and was only a double. Also there was a funny smell. We were in town for a death in the family so were not there alot. Very dissatisfied.all they did was make the bed. THEY didnt supply us with fresh towelwould never

Not a bad place to stay. Its comfortable and easy on the wallet. I could nit pick but its not necessary as we can all find faults with anything. The only thing that should improve is having one more staff member checking people in since this particular motel has a tiny lobby. I wish I could remember the few name that has checked me in the last email times Ive stayed but man is she wonderful. Extremely bubbly and always smiling. She needs to be recognized for her dedication. That is all.

I have always enjoyed the value of a basic place to stay at a great price, but sometimes when you buy something, its important to what ISNT mentioned at first. I was tired, ready to crash and when I opened the door to my room, the overpowering smell of smoke hit me. I called the front desk and asked and was told that it was unfortunately the only room left. Turns out it was first come, first served. Since I arrived late, I found out the hard way to specify a non-smoking room when you reserve one, on most motel websites.Also, it was obvious since the last time I stayed there the room had been seriously upgraded with laminate floors and other things, but when I hopped in the shower, I realized there was no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Is it that expensive? I used hand soap. Oh well.Overall, the stay was good, but my clothes smelled like smoke the next day. I will be sure and reserve the right room next time or stay somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Small room, funny smell, bugs everywhere, wanted to stay for 6 nights only stayed for one be of the conditions not worth the money unless they have better rooms because I definitely didn’t receive one

Hi,To whom it may concern;Booked a room at one of your following motel 6 locations located in manatee/ bradenton county on tuesday May 26, 2020.Upon arriving at the location Me & my Wife booked a room, the room we were given was 241.Upon entering the room, as my wife & i always do ... We checked the room for cleanliness, fresh linens ect ...Upon entering the rest room my wife noticed that the stool/tiolet was broken and the water was not on at all in the room.We immediately called and got in contact with the hotel staff and managers about the problem.They insisted on moving us to another room at this location, upon doing so the staff was very irritated that we bothered them of a hazard that could harm or hurt a occupant or occupants of the facility.They moved us to room 239 ... Upon checking this room the same problem arose tiolet was broken and the water was off.Again, i went to the staff and or managers to tell them of the issue once again in the new room.After i stated i needed to use the restroom after switching rooms twice and still had reoccuring problem, i was told by the staff or manager that it was not his problem or concern about me a occupant of the hotel and my wife using the restroom.The address of said facility is:660 67th st circle EBradenton, fl 34208.The staff throughly rude, did not care for occupants or treat them/us with any respect.We were treated as if we were trash, nothing more but all the less, me & my wife were very disgusted with the facility at this point so we asked kindly for a refund & they refused to refund me and my wife.This was not the start of how we vacation me and wife desired or had planned to get away from the kids we booked the hotel for a week prior to the issues we came across. Motel seamed nice staff was friendly. The problem I had was ac unit in my room was barely able to keep my room cool it was not very warm outside either. There was no mini fridge or microwave There seemed to be a lot of suspicious activity in the evening with constant yelling and people slamming doors all night. Was hard to sleep with all the noise and my dog having a fit with it too.

Everything was okay except for the floors, which were so dirty that they were sticky. Pool is nice, staff was polite, and the room was satisfactory for the price.

Everyone at the hotel that we encountered was very nice and helpful. Our room the first night was not as clean as it should have been. There were hairs in the sheets and stains on the covers. The desk clerk did make every effort to make it right. The rooms are small but if all you need is a place to lay your head this place works. The only thing that would keep me from staying again was having to pay for Wifi and and only one person being able to use it at a time.

The room was new and clean. The front desk personnel was polite, and helpful. There was a major highway under construction but did not block our access. The fan on the air conditioner helped to create a white noise so we could sleep. If you need the basics of accommodation on the road, Motel 6 is there for you.

First the good. the room was very clean and smelled good. - bed was clean and comfortable. -check in was easy and the staff was very nice.the bad. there are a lot of hotels in this area right off the interstate, why are the rooms so expensive? its not near the beach or near any discernible tourist attractions. - no breakfast is offered and who still charges extra for the use of wifi? - I could clearly hear the TV through the door to the adjoining room, it wasnt up very loud just came through the door. - checking out could have been smoother. after 10 minutes of waiting i just ended up leaving the key in the room.

They charged $100 for the night 2 beds 2 ppl and our manored dog. There was dirt and leaves on the floor, the shower was a trickle, and the blankets on the bed were more like table covers. Its like a whole in the wall old appliances and furniture nothing I would stay a few days in it was pretty much the first stop from a long haul and when I priced the better hotels next to us they were only $5 more

Update on earlier review:First stay in over a year here, and the property remains one of the better Motel 6s. Management seems focused on delivering a good customer experience. Friendly and efficient staff at the front desk, clean and comfortable room. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. This place is not fancy, but one doesnt expect fancy at Motel 6, but quite satisfactory. Rooms have been upgraded. Good value for the price paid.Prior review:One never knows what a stay will be like at a Motel 6 since the quality can vary dramatically from location to location. Ive stayed here a number of times and, overall, this one has to rank among the better ones in the Motel 6 chain.Staff service was cordial and efficient both at check-in and check-out. Rooms have been upgraded but not fully to the new Motel 6 style but mine was still comfortable and clean. Shower had a strong stream of hot water. Wi-fi signal worked acceptably well for routine e-mail and browsing. Parking was ample and close by.My room was the last room along a lower corridor and I was grateful for that placement, as it kept me away from the noisier guests that seem to like to frequent Motel 6s. There was no problem with noise in my room.Location is convenient to I-75 and Bradenton, perhaps 25 minutes from the Sarasota airport. A variety of dining choices are close by.Overall - clean, basic accommodations with good staff service.

One bed sheet was dirty, but staff quickly changed it with sincere apologies. Clean towels daily provided. The only negative is that WiFi was not free. I paid for 3 nights, but third night could not get in....very frustrating. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating when needed. Room phones did not function.

This is a great hotel when you need something basic and inexpensive. This is the second time weve stayed here, both times just overnight (came to see events at the Speedway) The rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend paying a few extra dollars and getting the room with the mini fridge. Its the best mini fridge Ive seen at a budget hotel. The best part of the room was the shower! It was big, had perfect water pressure, and easy to get the right temperature. My husband and I agreed we couldve stayed in there for hours! Lol

The office has a cigarette stench as soon as you walk in, the rooms smell of mold and mildew and cigarettes, the towels stink as well, my bathroom floor had several strands of hair on the floor possibly from former occupant, i got a feeling of being at a hooker motel with questionable characters lingering around the property. On the bright side, the front office staff was very friendly and professional and it was close to highway and restaurants and the property was well maintained, but I wouldnt stay here again or recommend to anyone. Also, my reservation was for a queen size bed but I had a full size bed!

Exit 220 Bradenton. First thing I did when walking in the room was kill 2 co*ckroaches. Smallest motel room I have ever stayed in. Faucet in bathroom leaked continually. Floors were not clean. Sure would not have wanted to walk barefoot. Bedding was wrinkled so hope it was clean. Very noisy as people kept hitting their door lock beeper on their car right outside our door all night. Kids running around until after dark. No water in the pool as it was being worked on. No lid for Ice container. Supposed to be smoke free but cigarette stains on the bathtub. Only plus for us was the location was good and the bed was comfortable. Looked like there was not enough help in the office. The girl was very busy on the phone etc.

We were put in a room with one bed, when our reservation was for two beds. The front desk switched us, no problem, and they were nice. The room appeared clean, however when I walked on the floor and got in bed, I always carried with me pieces of dirt. My husband decalcified the bathroom faucet so we could get water. There were smears on the bathroom door frame that looked unpleasant. My bed was comfy, I slept well, but you asked my comments. I probably would not stay there again but for this season the price was okay.

Its a budget motel so you cant expect luxury, and for Motel 6s, this one was excellent. The room was clean -- and the hard floors are something all motels should change to -- and everything worked to satisfaction. The grounds also were kept up nicely. And the rate was much better than most every other motel during the busy period I was there.

The first room they gave us was dirty. There was pet hair on the floor a McDonald’s cup on the table a dog water bowl in the floor and it stunk terribly bad. We went to get a different room when we got to the second room it was clean but it still stunk terribly bad. There is also no fridge and no microwave in our room so there is no way to keep our drinks nice and cold or left over food. IT most definitely is not worth 70 dollars for one night

1 star only because you had to leave a star to post a review. Actually zero stars! We had to ask for a different room due to first one having fist and eye liner on the sink. The tub had water spots and stuff in it. I asked for a second room. Sink still dusty, water spots on back of shower, but empty, dirt on floors, objects in trash cans, and sheets felt damp. My daughter wasnt feeling well, so I asked for a late check out. They gave us until 11:45-12. I was appreciative until 11:30 when someone from housekeeping knocked on the door. I told them we had a late check-out until 11:45-12. She screamed 11:45! As she closed the door she hollered it at us again.

The location is great because you are nestled in with a variety of eating locations, just off the I75 corridor. I appreciate the clean wooden floors; carpets just cant be cleaned every day! And I like the price; why spend a lot of money when you are in the room only over night, and then you are sleeping! And the staff I encountered were friendly.

Front desk polite and helpful. However, the rooms do not have basic fridge, and microwave as other motels for same value.Most importantly I requested a non-smoking room and was placed next door to a smokers room. All the smoke filled up our room as they smoke each day. It was horrible and frustrating especially since I have 2 toddlers. I was happy to get out since I prepaid for a couple days.

I stayed there 10 days and my room was cleaned twice. The first time they emptied the garbage and changed the towels. They did not make the bed or sweep the floor. The second time they did a thorough cleaning. There were cigarette holes in the blanket. The bottom of the door had a gap of about 3/4th of an inch so bugs, light and noise entered easily. The keycard took 5 or 6 swipes each time.It was the cheapest motel in the area.I arrived at 3:10pm to check in and was told it was a shift change and I needed to wait 5-7 minutes.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Greeted us with a huge smile. Maria even called us when we got to our room to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Who does that? No hotel/motel does that. I travel a lot so I have stayed at some high class properties. Never received a warm welcom such as this.

This hotel is ok, the staff is very nice. But the rooms are in dire need of a deep cleaning and a refurb. For example, the table had holes in it, the tub had clearly been sanded and not painted properly etc. The really bad part was the mattress and pillow. The mattress had huge sink spots where you felt like youd go through to the floor, and the pillows were cheap, flat and terrible. (Seriously, I wadded up the blankets and slept on THOSE.) Only two pillows per room and when I asked for more I was told oh yeah, we ordered those a month ago.

The hotel over all isnt that bad, if you cant find anything else. Its safe and its clean but nothing to write home about.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here for 3 straight years now. It is a very basic room that is usually clean and serves the purpose. This year was a little different. The rooms (We stayed two nights in two different rooms) did not feel clean. The beds seemed ok but found hair on sheets. The floor was sticky on the second night. The biggest issue we had was the clientele. Sports teams that the adults had less common sense than the kids they were in charge of. They would stand at the top floor yelling at the kids who were running from room to room until at least 1:00 am.If you are looking for a super basic room slightly overpriced for what you get then this is the place.On a positive the young lady that checked us in both nights was very friendly.

We checked in and was given a room (307) where the door had been previously kicked in and the lock was broken. After returning to the office and placed in another room, we witnessed another patron digging in a truck as if he was searching for lost drugs. I spent Friday night listening to patrons outside the door talking, fussing and being loud. Saturday we seen sheriff present and crime scene investigators due to suspicious death/murder. Sunday night (our last night there) we were awakened by loud patrons outside our door fussing cursing from 12 a.m. til after 6 a.m. Monday morning. We tried to contact the front desk but the phone just had a beeping tone when picked up. No dial tone at all. The floor wasnt swept and the bedspread had burn holes. When I spoke to the manager about the bed spread, she stated that it was too expensive to replace and we should just deal with it. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Before we left we seen a roach crawling up the wall near the headboard. You definitely failed majorly. Dont worry about leaving the light on for me!!!

Affordable, close to highway and not too far from downtown Bradenton. Staff was friendly. I am not picky and generally do not have issues with cheap motels but this was a bit much. I booked months in advance and asked for a one queen bed room when I booked. When I arrived only a two double bed room was available due to maintenance issues but I was not too concerned about that. When we walked into our room a strong musty Odor permeated the air and smelled like cigarettes even though we asked for a non-smoking room. We brought take out food and I questioned whether I would be able to handle eating in the room because the smell was nauseating. Bathtub and towel holder where the clean towels are held were not clean. Sheets were stained. Had to sleep on my back because the pillows smelled bad so I could not put my nose close to sheets or pillows. Water pressure in shower and bathroom sink were extremely low.

Everything was great in the room. Really nice room with all the comforts for under $100 a night. The tub was clogged pretty bad, so the shower turned into a bath real quick. But that didnt stop me. Super great staff that surprised me the most, really nice.

Clean room and quiet. We had 2 rooms, one had a stopped for taking a bath the other did not. Otherwise, very nice room.The management allowed us to stay a little longer to pack up and they were very helpful. They provided anything we needed. New Owners trying very hard.

Front desk employees were pleasant and tried to be helpful. Facilities were adequately clean.... but, my door key wouldnt work, my room location was poor in that I was expecting ground floor accommodation (I cant climb stairs), no elevator, no carpeting on the floor, no comfortable chair to sit on, no outlets for phone charging, no bedside outlet for my medical breathing device and the toilet flush system didnt work, and the next night I had better accomodation for half the price.

It started at check in the manager made no eye contact or extend any pleasantries until after she got payment and she had to look up to ask me to sign. The lobby smells like smoke, I feared the same for the rooms but was relieved that was not an issue in our room. The smoke detector in our room would go off at all hours of the night. Not just a chirp the battery is low, this was ll out beeping --- it had to wake the rooms on either side of us as well. We called to report it and were told there was not a maintenance person available until morning but they would send him then. When we returned from our day out we found the maintenance man had come and left the new battery sitting on the end of the bed for us to change....yeah that actually happened. There was only one garbage can in the entire room. No garbage can in the bathroom or near the bathroom vanity ---- only one (pretty small) garbage can in he entrie room, that stunned me. Finally, the floor was so dirty our feet turned black. We put nothing on the floor and would not walk around without something on our feet at all times. I know the floor was not cleaned while we were there because my daughter dropped a large piece of notepaper that slid under the bathroom door when it was open. I told her to pick it up but apparently she didnt and neither did housekeeping. We have never stayed at a Motel 6 and I never will again. I spent way too much per night and I dont care what part of FL it was in for what we got.

The staff is always pleasant but the tub was dirty and stained from a previous guest. I had to go out and purchase a cleaner to clean the tub before showering. The top cover was extremely smelly which told me the top cover does not get washed and I just had to hope the sheets underneath were clean as they did appear clean. Also the remote control was broken so I had to hold the batteries down to get it to work.

Overall not a bad experience. The room was clean and fresh but not extremely comfortable. There wasnt a decent chair to relax in other than two dining type chairs and a small table. Our room was right next to the office so late check ins were disturbing at times. If you dont need a room to hang out or relax in, this was a great choice. Again, clean and fresh just not all that comfortable for lounging. Kudos to Motel 6 for refunding us for our second might. Our plans changed and we didnt need the room. They gave us a refund, no questions asked.

Well I checked in on Saturday afternoon on July 15th. The room smelled like dirty mop water. There were black things on the sheet and what appeared to be small curly hairs (pub*c) hair. The room was very hot after attempting to cooling it off for 2 hours. I complained to the front desk and the front desk person was nice- she stated that she would have rooms available in 30 mins. She called me back up to the office to check some other rooms. I went to two other rooms that were dirty after supposedly being clean. I picked a room that was the least dirtiest. We moved our things into the new room. Only to find black mold, around the door that was adjoining to the other room. I went to Walmart and purchased some cleaner, air freshener and gloves to get rid of the smells and dirt. I was so disgusted with this room. I told the front desk person that I would like to have refund and she made it seem as though I couldnt get my money back. This is only the half of it, the motel had a lot foot traffic around the area. There were residents there that appeared to live there with toys and house plants in the windows. I was highly disappointed in this area where the motel was located. I was next to the highway very noisy and there was construction going on overnight.Details about the room: Towels that were supposed to be clean had spots and hair and other dirt on them. The blankets has burns in them-Air Conditioning filter was not clean.Bathtub - was dirty, I scrubbed the tub twice before I would let my family take showers.This trip was very important to my family as we were there to drop off our child off at school. I was so frustrated I cried about the issues that I was having with this motel. I have stayed in several Motel 6 around the country and never had an experience like this.

Honestly my stay here was pleasant and I enjoyed it very much. The majority of the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was kept nice and clean and I had no problems with the room itself or any of the amenities. However I would like to point out the unpleasantness of one of the employees, one of the maintenance men. He tried very hard to strike up a conversation with me and follow me around, even going so far to ask if I was staying at the motel alone. This bothered me very much and as a young woman I felt victimized by this incident. I know I should have said something while I was there but felt Id rather just write this review hoping the current front desk staff or manger would see. Other than this I had a pleasant stay but it hindered me from going about the motel by myself to enjoy the things such as the pool.

It wasnt horrible, there wasnt any water pressure, the room smelled a little funky. Overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel clearly lets people live there, we had some scary people screaming in the middle of the night , yelling obscenities. We reported it and the desk lady took care of it. The man that we checked in with had no personality and acted like we were bothering him by checking in. The women that we dealt with were all friendly and helpful.

I staid at this hotel for 5 nights. The first booking was for 4 days then the next for 1 night. The first booking I noticed a small water bubble in the vanity area on the ceiling and on the wall. The next morning they had grown larger. I called the office and they said they had the roof repaired and would look at it when I left. The next morning it grew even larger (size of a loaf of bread). Same response from the office. Upon checkout the office apologised however offered nothing else. The second stay I has 2 small children with me. They used the restroom and noticed a large puddle of water around the toilet. Added to that the toilet wouldnt flush. I called the office, they would send maintenance. 20 minutes later he showed up, looked and said hed be back. Came back with a flange and pile of towels. Stated that the leak would take too long to fix and he brought the wrong flange. Came back with the right one. He left. The toilet did flush, however it continually ran water all night. Keeping us awake. I tried wiggling the handle but it wouldnt stop. Upon checkout I told the office what happened and they only apologized, not seeming very concerned.

Staff is half n half in the friendly dept. TV and AC kinda worked.. Maybe it was a bad day.🌼

Good price, but cleanliness is not their strong suit. Dragged my own blankets up from our vehicle and slept on them because of the stains on the bedding. A puddle of something was under one bed. Not impressed and would not go back.

Very nice motel especially for a budget motel. The staff have all been so nice and helpful. The rooms are small but clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. I didnt want to get out of the shower. The pool and laundry room were very clean.

My experience was terrible and will never go to another motel 6.We where in Bradenton, Florida off of 64 and 75. Walking into the office it smelled like smoke and it wasnt cleaned. I think the price was very high for this motel. Paying almost $100 for nothing in the room. Even the cheaper motels or hotels have a blow dryer, alarm clock and cleaned. They say these are luxury rooms, but the only luxury to the room is the wood floor. Most rooms that are luxury have a refrigerator and safe. My bathroom had pubic hair in the tub and hair in it. The floor was dirty. I asked for another room but she said she couldnt because there all taken. I complained about the problems and nothing was done. Thank goodness I was only there for 8 hours just to sleep. I didnt even get a morning shower because it was gross. Never step foot into this one or any other there to high for the price and poor customer service.

The front dest girl was wonderful, pleasant and polite!Our room however had dirty sheets, stained pillow case, extremely used pillows, shower had black stains all on the floor. We stayed because we did not want to burden the wonderful front desk girl, but I would say we wont be staying again. The door to the room was so swollen with water damage and the security latch had been very damaged. Shower had no pressure.

We evacuated North to get away from Hurricane Irma, but this hotel ended up getting mandatory evacuation notice too. Was only there for an hour, but room seem very clean, We were given a full refund. Front desk staff were pleasant, even working under stressful conditions. Its a Motel 6... No frills. But a nice place to lay your head.

Recently visited Motel 6 this past weekend. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable and the water was warm. The view of the pool from my room was perfect and the pool area was nice and clean.

The WiFi is not free even though it said it was on website. Beds were old and falling apart. The tub was dirty when I checked in. Construction on location . Ice machine is only on bottom floor. Wont stay there again. Suggest the quality inn around the corner. A little more expensive but much nicer hotel. Dont know which location or other hotel they got the pictures of the rooms from; nut the two rooms I was in looked NOTHING like the photos. Small and cramped and not very modern. For $20 more I stayed my second night at the Quality Inn around the corner and wished I stayed there both nights. Night and day as far as size, cleanliness and amenities.

Basic services; no breakfast. While waiting for previous customers to check in, I asked for a restroom but they didnt have any. This is unacceptable. Also it is a very basic motel; not worth the high price they charged. For this amount we stayed in much better motels in Florida in this trip. The only good thing I remember is very quiet AC.

The room was clean. The staff very friendly. The air conditioner hardly put out any air but i managed to stay cmfortable. Was looking foward to a nice hot bath, but no way to clog tub and besides, i wiped the bottom of the tub with a disinfecting wipe and it was dirty, and had hair in it. YUCK.

We had an amazing trip. We road down from Virginia with three friends following from Oklahoma. Their first visit to Florida. After two day my wife and I had another family we know some down from Virginia as well. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was awesome after a hot day on the motorcycles. And we made good use of the washer and dryer.

While the room was Damp, it was also clean, neat, and free of bugs. The bathroom was clean and had a large tub in it. Lighting was sufficient and the TV worked. However, when it rained heavily cell service/internet was lost, there was no mini-fridge for cold drinks, and wifi was not included with the stay/it cost a fee. In all, the stat was pleasant and if I was traveling to that area again and needed a hotel, I would stay there again.

The guy that works the front desk didnt make a good first impression. Refused to even see if it was possible to let us check in 45 minutes early we just saw it as him being extraordinarily lazy as he told us to come back at 3:15 conveniently right after he got off work. The two women who replaced him were much more pleasant to check in with. The room was mostly clean. Save the brownish red hand print on the doorway by the hangers. Someone was blasting some gawd awful bass noise both nights we were there late into the night. There were lots of amenities near by.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the building and rooms are in poor shape. Plumbing, insects, smells, and missing/broken room features throughout my stay.

Really loved the fact that they had a pool! Staff at check in was amazing! Shannon gave us extra pillows, towels and an extra blanket to sleep with! Room condition was fair but reasonably priced for what is offered here.

I have not stayed here before the renovations, but after them it has been nice. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are as well. The AC and Tv work well but I dont like that there is not a mini fridge and 64 is very loud during the day time. Besides that it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend if you need a place to stay on a low budget.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean. Housekeeping very day of my stay came and restock the room with everything I needed.With anyone traveling with pets I would recommend this Motel 6..

Room quality is very inconsistent. The first room had a leaky tub faucet hanging out of the wall, as well as hair scattered along the tub floor. The second had one clean bed and one dirty bed as well as a shower hooked up backwards. Both rooms smelled extremely musty. The staff, on the other hand, were very kind.

Was a cheaper hotel but still $100/night. Was not worth that price. It only had two pillows on the bed. No hair dryer or iron in the room. Our room did have a refrigerator which was nice but no microwave to heat anything up. My comforter had a burn hole in it as well. The rooms were out of date and drabby looking. I was underwhelmed.

The pool is lovely! Its open dusk thru Dawn. The rooms are nice, the beds quite comfortable. Best part is Motel 6 is pet friendly!Such a plus and pets are free, as well are kids.Cant beat the price if your traveling, or just need a motel for the night!Dont forget, they leave the light on!As the commercial says! It was clean and the staff was friendly. Its a motel 6, not a resort, so a clean room, a functional toilet, and a hot shower with good water pressure and no sign of bed bugs or roaches is as good as it gets, but when all youre gonna do is sleep, who needs more. Also, within walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Sonnys BBQ, McDonalds and Starbuck. Easy interstate access. Id stay here again.

Very dirty, no clean towels or toilet paper. Smelt of smoke/weed and people were constantly being loud and smoking/ drinking all around the buildings and rooms. Didnt feel as if it was a very safe environment for my small children to be staying at. We left early even though though we had paid and reserved our stay ahead of time.

You certainly get what you pay for. I spent two nights here and probably wont stay here again. Yes, it was cheap, but Im willing to pay a little more for a nicer hotel after my stay at Motel 6. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burns and holes all over them. I was also surprised to find out that there wasnt a hair dryer or any kleenexes in the room. Towels are tiny, very thin & falling apart. The new wooden floors made it feel a tad bit more clean, but Id say Motel 6 has a lot more updating to do.

The rooms are modernized and not what I expected, even thought the outside is a little rough and aged looking. I had a good experience for an overnight stay. I didnt take advantage but this is a pet friendly motel, no carpet so accidents are easy to clean.Decent place for the price, anyone complaining may be over doing it, as I already said I had a good experience.

I enjoyed my time greatly! The room was decent the housekeeping was on their job. The lady at the front desk was very nice and respectful. The pool was NICE! And it was very convenient to places to eat and stores.

Hurricane Michael was coming, I live near the bay in Bradenton, I went to motel 6 further inland, as much neighborhood was flooded due to water surge a day before & I left to get out as hurricane Michael was coming, it was to Target Bradenton, but, easily could had??It was nice & the pool was open & lots of restaurants around....Only problem there were some rough people staying there, one couple was fighting in the parking lot, it was scary I thought the guy was gonna beat the girl up, they left finally screeched out the parking lot.Look like a few rough people staying there. No one bothered me. It was clean & cheap for a escape for a hurricane, pool was nice & price.....

The price and AC is all there is good to it. No fridge, no microwave, dirty floors and bathroom, and bugs were crawling in and out through the cracks of the door.

For the price, a nice place to stay, especially if you have a dog. Motel 6 does not charge a premium for your first pet, which saves $10 over most other places.The pool looked nice, and clean, but we were too busy to use it. We originally planned to stay only one night, but found so much to do (Ringling estate, mostly), that we asked for another night, and they happily agreed.

My experience at Motel 6 Bradenton, FL was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and provided great service with anything needed. The room was really clean, comfortable and cozy bed, bathroom also really clean, and the room in general was spacious (I stayed by myself) but I still believe that more than one person per room will still feel comfortable. Its location has places to eat very near (McDonalds and The Waffle House, maybe more but I did not pay too much attention), it was near a gas station also.

No complaints really. Would have been nice to have a microwave or a mini fridge or something but they deliver everything they promise. $3 to $5 a day to use the wifi. They are pet friendly and actually have dog stations around the property which is nice. Daily house keeping. Semi-friendly staff.

Sink faucet was stopped up with some kind of black gunk. Tub looks like it had a body decompose in it, hangar rod has rust on it, other occupants were trying to have a concert in the parking lot and front desk told ME to call the police cause she REFUSED to leave the front desk. Walls are THIN THIN THIN!! Handicap rooms only have ONE bed in them.Check in lady was really nice and accommodating, but the evening lady needs training.Between here and Valdosta, GA location, I will NEVER stay in another Motel 6!! I would be better off sleeping in the bed of my truck with a sleeping bag and pillow.

I came for business with my dog. I parked at the back, under the trees for the shade, while I checked in. I was slightly put off by the disheveled man sleeping on the sidewalk behind the hotel. The 2 girls at the desk where very nice but I did have to wait while the one girl counted her draw before she could check me in. She directed me to my room in the second building and told me I could park in front of my room. When I got there I walked my dog first and the whole side yard was full of broken glass. When I got in my room, it was full of spider webs in all the corners and there was an old wasp nest over the TV. My dog dribbled on the floor when he got a drink, I wiped it up with a paper towel and the towel was black the floor was so dirty. I went to dinner and when I got back I passed the office to get to my room. There was police at the office and I later found out that it was another attendee from from the seminar I was attending that someone broke into her room and peed on her floor, left her shade open. When she complained with another person from our seminar, all three that traveled together were asked to leave with NO refund. This is shameful! I personally know these 3 women (all traveling alone) and they were kicked out at midnight. I will never be staying at your hotel again.

Motel 6 is amazing they have always helped us when we are struggling I just want to say thank you for everything that they have done they have brought sheets to us theyve helped us with everything that we need I just want to say that they are an amazing Motel people stay here

This experience was horrible i will NEVER stay here ever again i rather sleep in my car than ever even look at this place again. The staff is very rude, they come into your room when ever they get ready, and they are just simply horrible people. you are not even aloud to get an extra pillow. the wifi here cost for you to use and only one person at a time can use it, and it is very slow and freezes like every minute or so. We left our room for about 2 and 1/2 hours came back and our room had a HORRIBLE smell when we walked in. The bathroom door will not stay shut or lock in anyway we have tried anyway possible to lock it and it just wont. the toilet will not flush right you have to try many times just to get it to flush at all. the cable signal is horrible. it is just horrible place all together. if i could give it a rating it would be a .05 because at least the beds were made up. It deserves less than a star.

Awesome place to stay for the price. Close enough to the beach! We mostly stayed because we were traveling across country with our dog and as always pets stay free at Motel 6. The ONLY bad thing is expect NO FRILLS. No shampoo or any other travel needs provided.

We enjoyed our stay housekeeping was very accommodating. Unfortunately we werent aware that you have a certain amount of time to get extended stay. Without the flexibility we have had to keep our animals in the car all afternoon! Yes we checked them every 20 minutes waiting for our appointment at 3 pm😏

You cannot beat this hotel for the price! I dont care WHERE you go re: 3rd party companies. It helped that I am a Senior and also a AAA member. But this Motel 6 ROCKS no matter what. We had to evacuate Cocoa, Florida, during Hurricane Dorian. We had a window of time to make a reservation and I was happy that Motel 6 here had room - even though they already had quite a few from our Brevard County there. The room was small for three - but it was FINE for our purposes. All we really needed was a mini-fridge. My son and his Dad LOVED the clean pool. As you might know, some pools are NOT clean. This was an absolute delight. It unraveled the stress that we felt during the uncertainty of Dorian and the hours of driving across state with pets. Let me focus on that, too: pet friendly. We had made an extra reservation at a different hotel ( M Star) in Bradenton. When we got there after staying at Motel 6 for a night, we were told - in the nastiest of manners - that Hotwire was wrong: they do not accept pets. The hotel looked bad, anyway. What did I do? I called Motel 6 and they said: Come on back! Same room :) We were at peace during our stay, thanks to staff and the location. If we need to travel again to the West Coast, this is our place. Thank you!

I really dont like giving negative reviews, but our group was quite upset with me for choosing this motel for our stay. Most of the group left after the first night because they couldnt sleep with the uncomfortable mattress and excessive noise from every room around them. One young man felt overly concerned for his safety and another said it sounded like the people above him had a pack of dogs in their room. Overall, the rooms were cramped, uncomfortable, and run-down.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned properly after the first night. The garbage was not removed. The wet towels on the floor were removed but not from the bathtub. The new towels were laid on the bed. The bed was not make. This is the worst service I have had for a long time. The internet did not work a fourth of the time.

Its obviously not a five star hotel but the rooms are clean, the shower is big and clean, great water pressure and the beds are super comfortable. There was a little hotel confusion when we checked in because the first shift lady didnt know what she was doing but other than that my fiance and I had a great stay.

Marjorie at the front counter was so nice and very helpful. She made getting a room last minute, late at night, go smoothly and quickly. Very helpful for those of us that still have to work but want to keep our families safe at home.

Nice staff and pool. Room is basic. The ice machine wasnt working. The wood floors in room looked fine, but were very dirty. Need washing. Our feet bottoms were black. A/C works good.

From the moment I pulled in I knew it was bad. The place was filthy and there was yeah all over. The lobby was dirty and in need of a makeover. When we got to the room I didnt even want to put anything down. The carpet was terrible with stains and it smelled like something had died. The bathroom had mildew in the shower and there were three dead and two love roaches near the night stand. We were so disgusted at the level of this place having stayed at other Motel 6s in the past we went back to the front desk and handed them the key saying cancel it.

The well kept newness was a pleasure. We had travelled to Fl from Indiana and stayed in 3 other motels on the way. All 3 were slummy looking, bit scary, and the appliances were junky. There so called tv was nothing but a few local channels. Motel6 tv had nice digital cable. The bath facility was perfect and clean. I felt very safe. Thanks for leaving the light on.

The room smells bad. The sheets were dirty visible dirt and hair. There is mold growing on the wall and even on the side of the bed! Ive taken pictures and will be reporting this place. Its disgusting and mold cant be healthy to breathe. Will lot be staying here again and do not recommend it .

Very clean rooms good locations. Had MacDonald, waffle house, walking distance gas station Wendys, Cracker Barrel, and Manny more places to eat. The young lady in the front desk was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Will stay there again

I stayed at the Motel 6: 660 67th St Cir. E Bradenton FL last night, room 235. The room had an odd smell from the second we walked in, the microwave wouldn’t heat our dinner, the bottom of the shower was peeling and the air conditioner had mold in it. I know this because my friend had watering eyes all night and had to go to her doctor because of her specific allergies to mold.The least I think Motel 6 could do is refund me partially if not fully for my stay as I left earlier to escape the humidity in the room. I assume that’s why the room has mold in the first place.

The room was not fancy, but it was clean enough. Amazing to me, however, that any inexpensive hotel would charge an extra $2.99 for WiFi in this decade. Thats a ripoff tactic that is usually used by upscale hotels.The worst part of my stay was that there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink... barely enough to rinsh my tooth brush.

Disappointed that price went up after I was assured I didnt need to book my room in advance immediately.also, there was a problem with housekeeping that didnt allow anyone to check into a room until almost 4pm, which was especially frustrating when I saw housekeepers standing around talking while guests with reservations were waiting for rooms. perhaps you could add a liaison between the front desk and housekeeping to ensure switchovers go more smoothly. it just seems ridiculous that checkout is at noon but not a single room was clean by 3pm check in time.my room was clean but not the single queen bed I had requested, nor the quiet corner i would have preferred.still the best bet in the area, tho.i will definitely visit again.

This is a great place for the price, the rooms are nice and the staff are great people. I had no issues for my stay and I stayed for a week. The only thing i would say is that I wish they had a soda/snack vending machine on site; so you didnt have to drive/walk to the gas station to get something. Other then that everything was great.

I wasnt expecting much since it is one of the cheapest hotels in Bradenton. Thought there might be a mini fridge, there wasnt. No microwave- ok. Dish network, kind of fuzzy at times. A shampoo bottle was left in room from previous customer. Toilet wasnt completely clean either before I got there. One day someone left a dust pan in my room. Since it didnt have all those things, I thought you might have at least some USB chargers in the room, but no. Then there was the LOW FLOW shower heads- thats brutal. Glad HVAC worked. My exterior door looked like it had once been pushed in- if I was a woman I wouldnt have stayed there. For the price its ok but if anyone of your competitors offers something similar for 10 bucks more per room, I would go there. The best part of it was that the lighting at night was very good. I didnt know where the ice machine was since my room faced the parking lot.

I am a salesman paying my own expenses, I used to stay here quite a lot. It was a good price ($50.00) and it was convenient. Now because of the season I had to pay 65% more. this property has many rooms and cutting a break for my type of traveler would be a feather in your cap, so to speak. Also, I swiped on the floor with a towel from the sink to the door in a straight line. It was black with dirt and grime. For the money it seems your staff could keep it spotless before the health dept comes knocking at your door.

Great staff, terrible manager. Rooms are standard Motel 6 fare. If certainly seen a lot better even within the brand. Used to stay here when passing through, even saw a guy pull a gun on another guy in the parking lot and chase him down the street, that didnt even turn me off as much as the rude manager. Place is sketchy, lots of druggies hanging around. I avoid it at all costs at this point.

Very clean room. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. Very comfortable nights sleep. No problem with excess noise. The reception was very nice and helpful - made me feel comfortable. I would gladly recommend this fine property to anyone. Thanks :).

This was probably one of the most disgusting places I have EVER been in my entire life! Checked in and walked around the corner to the room and found 3 police officers and a detective searching some prostitutes room. I know they were prostitutes because the officers were commenting to each other about seeing the women in different mens cars the night before. After looking around more, there appeared to be prostitutes on every floor in just about every single room. Including the one that was hanging out directly in front of the office windows with her pimp making a drug deal. The pool was green on the bottom as they clearly do not know what a pool vacuum is. When stepping in to the room it seriously felt like I walked in and licked a dirty ashtray. I had to wash everything I had with me the second I returned home. Absolutely disgusting!!! The cherry on top was the roach found crawling out of the box spring on one of the beds. Photos attached! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY LICKING ASHTRAYS, HOOKERS AND ROACHES!

This hotel is clean, quiet, and convenient to I-75. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. WalMart is within walking distance. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The price for using the laundry room is too high for a Motel 6 and not competitive with the two hotels nearby.

This was my first stay at a Motel 6. Check in was quick and easy,got the room type I had reserved. The room was clean, a bit small,and there were not any drawers to place clothing. Perhaps a small chest of drawers could be placed under the TV. I will probably stay at the same location again.
