Jones, 81, of 26 Bolster Auburn, died early Wednesday morning at the Central Maine General Hospital, after a long illness. She was born at Lisbon Falls, July 20 1889, the daughter of Wilbert J. and Elizabeth (Munroe) Kilgore, and was educated in the schools of Lisbon Falls. In 1915, she married Wendall R. Jones, who died in 1918.

She was employed at the Oxford Paper the State Probation and Parole Division and Hahnel from where, retired in 1966. In 1934, she married Ellery Jones, who died in 1949.
